Round four of the Southridge Fontana, California Winter series did not disappoint! Massive results coming from our junior Downhill category, pro men’s Downhill category and pro Enduro category. Steven Walton would be firing off Saturday’s multi stage Enduro race with ever gaining confidence throughout his off-season training. He would have to put three great stages together if he wanted to take the top spot! After stage one and two he would be leading the overall time for the pro man’s category and had a lot of pressure on his shoulders. His third and final stage would come out with all cylinders firing to take the overall Enduro win and take another great step towards his newly found Enduro skill set.
Sunday would be hosting all Downhill categories which would include our newly super fast Junior expert rider Nate Kitchen. He was against some stacked competition, some of the best in the western side of the United States. Nate would throw down to take a solid second-place in his category. Not only would he take second place in his category but he would’ve been overall third place in the professional division.
Steven Walton would continue his dominance throughout the Fontana weekend with a blazing run to claim the Downhill victory on a very rough and challenging track against some of the best riders in America, some to highlight was Cole Souto‘s on factory Intense brand and Dontay Silva on factory Canyon. Once again it was a very successful race weekend for the team. Kailey Skelton and Nik Nestoroff have been out in Tennessee training with some of the best on the Windrock bike park dialing in their skill sets. For the bigger national and international races. We want to thank all our continuous support from our family, friends and most of all our sponsors who continuously support us to make all the success happen.
See you between the tape!
